Used to be, messages to postmaster were along the lines of "you've got a user doing dumb stuff, please make them stop." Now it's more often to see stuff like today's "I see you support e-mail spam and I hope you all die."
     The latter is a direct quote, brought on because somebody sent out e-mail spam from MSN advertsing a web site run by a customer of a customer of a customer of ours. Most complaints were of that type.
