This kind of recognition is pretty cool -- Chillits began as a quiet little event for a group of friends to chill out together, quickly became one of the very few opportunities for ambient/chill DJs (including myself) to play for and inspire each other, and is now an internationally recognized (by geeks) phenomenon -- all without going commercial, though it keeps getting harder to fairly distribute the very limited number of tickets.
