I had a crazy day at work today, which is why it's now tomorrow before I have the opportunity to write this. I've recently become the Program Manager (basically a Project Manager with a continuing focus on a specific aspect of the overall offering) for the systems which handle all of Hotmail's inbound mail, and associated anti-spam systems (one of which I devised.) I've been introducing my cow-orkers to Brendan's old phrase, "it's all bad." Luckily, today, things got a little better.
